Community Health Workers (CHWs)

Serving Lincoln County and Mescalero Residents.

CHW’s provide advocacy, education and support to community members in order to help them improve their lifestyle and connect them to community resources. Through education we strive to reduce the stigma surrounding mental health and substance abuse.
